Larger projects can be planned across appointments: Elevated Color is a two-appointment service using several custom formulations for dimensional color, and the salon says many clients can go 12 to 16 weeks between visits. Blonde Ambition is a package of two full blonding appointments with supporting add-ons, priced below booking those services separately, according to the salon. The Platinum Card is a luxury blonde experience built on global highlights or balayage. Corrective Color Transformation addresses banding, uneven tones and at-home color mishaps.

Extensions begin with a consultation to confirm method, row count and pricing. Options include IBE new installs of one to three rows, maintenance and move-ups, extension removal and tinsel extensions. Haircuts range from a signature bang and fringe trim to a signature cut and finish, which includes consultation, shampoo, scalp massage, cut, blowout and iron styling, and a longer transformation cut for dramatic changes or very thick hair. Styling and event services are booked separately from cuts and color.

Reservations carry a deposit: 25 percent for standard appointments and 50 percent for appointments of two hours or longer, applied toward the total at checkout. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and clients can change online up to 48 hours ahead. Inside that window, changes are made by calling or texting the salon. The salon does not offer childcare or children's appointments, and children may not accompany guests. Guests are asked to come alone when possible because seating is limited.
