Drop-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis, and visits can also be scheduled in advance. Booking requests go by text message at least 24 hours before the desired time, as there is no option for same-day slots. Securing a slot takes a $10 reservation charge paid in advance, and the invoice is sent once the date and time are settled. A confirmed reservation carries a guaranteed start time. Requesting a particular nail technician at booking adds $10. Before visiting, guests should read the salon's Salon Guidelines.
Manicures can be done in regular polish, gel polish or with a natural shine buff, and a waterless option is available. The signature Air Glove treatment uses shea butter, keratin and collagen, and a collagen and keratin glove manicure is also offered. Pedicures begin with a soak, then shaping, filing and detailed cuticle care, followed by exfoliation and a foot massage. The all-in-one pedicure is the salon's signature service. It adds a conditioning foot mask, hot stone and warm towel massage, heel care and a choice of finish, plus three to four bonus treatments that change from time to time and are revealed during the appointment. Add-ons include a herbal coconut milk cuticle soak, a callus treatment for dry, cracked heels, and French or French with color finishes.
Hygiene is built into the service. Each manicure gets a single-use file and buffer set, and each pedicure uses a single-use file, buffer, stick and pumice stone set along with a disposable whirlpool jet replaced for every guest. Reusable metal nippers and pushers are cleaned and sterilized with heat and UV LED light and stored in individual sealed pouches. Removal of acrylic, dip powder, hard gel, builder gel, Gel-X and other non-soak-off enhancements is not offered. Guests can bring their own regular polish, and a professional-quality polish similar to the salon's is recommended. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $50, $100, $150, $200 or a custom amount. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm, and the salon is closed on Mondays.
