The salon is on North Broad Street just outside Doylestown borough, with a semi-private parking lot at the front, side and rear. Guests come in through large wooden doors facing the street or through a white door in the courtyard. The business expanded its space and its services in June 2016.

The front room is the hair salon, bright and open, with a friendly and attentive team. The rear and upstairs areas are quieter and more intimate, with warmer tones and comfortable seating, and that is where extensions, facials and lash services take place.

Hair services include balayage, highlights and color correction, precision cuts, styling and keratin treatments. Two kinds of hair extensions are offered, weft and tape-in, and tonal color adjustments can be made to extensions, though lightening them is not recommended. Eyelash extensions come in volume, hybrid and individual styles. Makeup is offered for bridal, special event and everyday looks, at the salon or at a location the client chooses. The salon describes itself as a full-service beauty destination.

Free consultations are offered and recommended for color transformations, extensions and first-time guests, and extension and hair pricing is quoted based on method, length, density and the customization needed. Appointments are required, and walk-ins are sometimes accepted without a guarantee. Deposits are taken for extensions, color corrections, new client bookings and large services; they are non-refundable but applied to the total. Cancellations or changes need 24 to 48 hours' notice, late cancellations may carry a fee of about half the service, and no-shows may be charged in full. Cash, cards and checks are accepted. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday noon to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, closed Sunday and Monday.

Education is central to the work here, and the team takes time to understand what clients want and gives honest guidance without running rushed appointments.
