The salon stated goal is healthy-looking nails in a space meant to feel safe for everyone. Menus cover gel and builder work, acrylic, soft gel extensions, nail art, removal and repair. Builder and hard gel full sets can be extended with tips or dual forms and typically last three to four weeks before a fill. Builder gel and acrylic fills address the growth gap that appears as nails grow out.

Pedicures are built around a choice of salt soak scent, including sea salt, lavender, orange, and milk and honey, followed by a sugar scrub and hot towels. Hot stones are part of the upgraded services, rising from three stones in the upgraded pedicure to seven in the rejuvenating version. Gel polish versions of each pedicure add no-chip wear. No-chip manicures and pedicures use gel polish, with the color chosen by the client.

Nail art comes in four tiers, from simple French, ombre and chrome designs to hand-painted, 3D and freehand work. Clients can also add an artist's-choice design to any service and suggest a theme or color.

Appointments outside regular hours carry a 35% surcharge and are booked by email or text. Clients receive an email or text confirmation and need to confirm or cancel three days ahead. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment are charged 30% of the service total, and no-shows without cancellation are charged 50%. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. Services are not refunded, though free fixes are offered within five days of a service.
