It is open Monday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM and Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. It is closed Friday through Sunday, except for one Saturday a month.

Color packages are priced by an hourly base rate, with hair color and supplies charged separately. Several blonding and color packages include a free haircut. The salon uses Oligo hair color, which is ammonia-free and PPD-free, and offers a dose of Alpha Keratin during services. Snacks, beverages and phone or laptop charging are available during color sessions.

ICE Extensions are priced per bond, with the total depending on hair type, length, density, scalp, hairline and head shape. Bonds use 100 percent Slavic hair blended to match the client's color and NIX adhesive, a latex-free cold-bond formula. Installation is done without heat, with each bond handmade during the appointment. The first installation and maintenance appointments generally take 6 to 8 hours, and clients with 200 or more bonds may be split over two days. The first move-up is recommended at 3 months, with later move-ups typically every 4 months. The initial application includes a swag bag with Virtue products and lunch of the client's choice. Clients receive at-home care instructions and are asked to use the Virtue products provided. Free consultations are offered in person or by Zoom or FaceTime. An in-person consultation requires a waiver and a $300 non-refundable deposit to book.

Booking requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less notice incurs a 50 percent fee charged to the card on file. No-show fees are 50 percent for a first no-show, 75 percent for a second and 100 percent for a third. After three no-shows, clients can no longer book online and must pay 50 percent of the service at booking. Clients sign the salon policy form before their first appointment.

The salon says its products were hand-picked and researched, and its extensions are installed without heat, with each bond handmade during the appointment.
