Bookings are made through the salon's own online schedule. Each hairstyle includes a wash, and braiding hair is included with every style in any color. Boho hair and bundles are not supplied, so clients whose style needs them bring their own.

According to the salon, the aim is a space that feels safe, friendly and at ease for everyone who walks in. Visitors are asked to help keep things quiet by refraining from swearing, taking calls at high volume and acting in ways that disturb others. The room runs cool, so bringing a cardigan or coat is a good idea. After checking in, guests should stay in the waiting zone rather than reclining on the sofa or taking a seat at a colleague's station.

Certain appointments carry extra fees. A squeeze-in fee of $30 applies to appointments fitted between scheduled clients or before normal hours, and an after-hours fee of $30 applies to appointments after 5:30 PM. A $20 late fee applies if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Zelle and cash are accepted; Apple Pay and Cash App are not.
