The practice brings the service to clients rather than running from a fixed salon chair, so appointments take place at the client's location across Greater Atlanta.

Locs are offered as a complete service line. Microloc starts are shaped by hair density, texture, how a client lives day to day and what they hope the locs will look like over time, and scheduling is talked through before the visit. Interlocking upkeep suits locs at any size or stage; the work watches sections for cleanliness, how firmly the locs are held, and the health of the base. Trims, fixes and simple styling are included, and corrective maintenance is available when locs need it. Young locs, established ones and those in between are all accepted. Locs started elsewhere can be taken on too, depending on their condition and the service required, though a consultation may be needed first.

Hair-loss consultations give clients a space to talk through hair concerns and care options. These consultations are not a medical diagnosis, and no regrowth is promised. Product recommendations for conditioning, moisturizing and hair-loss support are based on the appointment or consultation.

Shampooing is not part of the appointment, so clients are asked to arrive with clean, fully dry hair unless their appointment instructions say otherwise. The practice does not promise an exact look, since density, texture, parting, sizing, care and time all shape the result.

Care is built around more moisture from less product: the practice notes that more product does not automatically add moisture, and that a water-first mist often suits locs better than repeated heavy oil.
