The salon is built around individual specialists. Each technician runs their own book and is listed with their own work, so clients can choose a technician when booking online or by phone, either before picking a time or by naming someone they want or prefer to avoid. Each technician sets their own rates above the published starting prices, and exact quotes are given by phone or at the front desk. Walk-ins are welcome when a station is open, while evenings, weekends and detailed nail art are best booked ahead. Groups such as bridal parties, birthdays and girls' nights should call rather than book online. A reference photo can be brought in, and technicians advise on what will work at the length you want. Sets done elsewhere can usually be fixed; clients are asked to describe the set and how old it is when they call. Reschedules and cancellations can be handled through the booking confirmation or by contacting the salon.

Gel X soft gel extensions are applied without drilling or filing the natural nail, in lengths from short to 2.5 inch, using custom NABulous tips. Gel X sets are soaked off and reset fresh at about three to four weeks, and Gel X fills are not offered. Acrylic full sets and fills are offered in long, sculpted, stiletto and coffin shapes, along with hard gel sculpted extensions and overlays, hybrid, builder and poly gel, and dip manicures. Hybrid gel is applied to the natural nail and adds no length. Hand-painted freestyle art, chrome, ombre, French tips, charms and 3D flowers are available, and 3D sculpted nail art is hand-built on the nail and booked as its own appointment. Manicures and pedicures range from gel and dip to spa options, and men's services are offered. Barefoot toenail reconstruction rebuilds a damaged or missing toenail and can be added to any pedicure.

Lashes are handled in a dedicated room at the end of the hallway. Extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and glam styles, with refills and bottom lashes also available. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and after about three weeks a new full set is quoted instead. Lash lifts and lash lifts with tint darken and curl natural lashes without extensions. Lash removal is done at the salon rather than at home. Nails and lashes can be booked in the same visit, and booking nails and toes together costs less than booking them separately and is one appointment. Waxing covers brows, upper lip, chin, sideburns and full face, plus body areas such as arms, back, legs, stomach, underarms and bikini or Brazilian sugar wax. Facial waxing is hair removal only, as the salon does not offer facials. Hard and soft wax are chosen by area, stations are kept clean, and single-use applicators are used for waxing. Clients should have hair about a quarter inch long and avoid shaving between appointments, and should mention any recent facial, peel or laser treatment when booking. Tools are sterilised in a hospital-grade autoclave between clients, not only wiped down. The salon also says it does not use trainees, and it describes itself as a luxury nail salon known for high-end service.
