Gel extensions in a solid color are offered, along with nail art in three tiers that rise in price and time as the design gets more involved. Manicures range from a plain shaped and cuticle-finished set to a solid-color set with a Korean builder gel base. Nail art can also be left to the artist, with a design chosen by Lala's choice, though specific requests are not accepted for that option. Pedicures are gel only and can be dry with a cream massage, wet with a scrub and cream massage, or done without polish.
Booking policies matter for planning. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients should arrive on time, as appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes of lateness with the full charge applied. A card on file is required for every booking and is charged for any balance left unpaid after service, and full payment is due before leaving.
