Extension work is available in three styles. Classic extensions apply one extension to each natural lash for a natural look and take about two hours for a full set. Hybrid sets combine classic lashes with handmade volume fans, and volume sets use lightweight fans. Full Set Mascara is a separate option that uses 2D to 3D closed fans for a darker, softer, mascara-style result. Refills take about an hour and a half and are recommended every two to three weeks. Volume refills need at least 40 percent of extensions still in place on each eye, and hybrid refills recommend a minimum of 40 percent lash retention.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a Lash Lift that curls and lifts natural lashes with no extensions added, and an Eyelash Lift and Tint that adds tinting. The studio says lash lift results usually last about six to eight weeks, depending on natural growth and aftercare. An Eyelash Detox is a 30-minute deep cleansing treatment that removes oil, residue and buildup. Eyelash Removal dissolves the adhesive to take off extensions, including those applied at another salon.

Brow services include a 30-minute eyebrow wax, a waxing and tinting appointment, and an eyebrow lamination suited to unruly or sparse brows.

Booking and policies: every service is by appointment only. A $20 non-refundable deposit reserves a time, effective January 2024. A first-time cancellation may receive a credit toward a future service, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. The deposit is not refunded if a service cannot be finished because of sensitivity, discomfort, a reaction or the client stopping. Clients are asked to disclose sensitivities, conditions, allergies or concerns before a service. The studio replaced paper consent forms with a digital intake system, according to a case study on its blog, which also publishes articles on lash care and lash lifts for clients in Coral Gables and Miami.

The studio describes its extension application as focused on retention and customized to each client's eye shape. It says it works with top-tier materials and manufacturers, and that extensions do not damage natural lashes when applied correctly by a certified professional.
