The lounge is a collective of independent beauty professionals. Each provider runs their own business as an independent contractor, setting their own services, pricing, scheduling, policies and client care. The lounge describes itself as setting the standard for lashes in Las Vegas and as providing the highest quality eyelash extensions and beauty services.

Appointments are booked through the salon's online booking system. The lounge is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cancellations and reschedules should be made more than 5 hours before the appointment; a cancellation or reschedule inside that window, or a no-call, no-show, results in an automatic $50 charge to the card on file.

Lash extension options range from classic sets, which are applied one extension to each natural lash for added length, thickness and curl, to hybrid sets that mix classic extensions with volume fans for a fuller, wispy look. Volume sets use 2D to 6D fans at 60 fans per eye, angel sets use thinner volume extensions placed with spikes for a darker lash line, and mega volume sets use 10D to 15D fans for a dense result. The Korean lash lift is a technique for a precise, natural curl, and the Korean lash lift and tint adds a lash tint for a mascara-like effect that lasts several weeks.

The lounge operates as a collective in which each independent professional is responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling, policies and client care.
