Services range from Gel-X extensions, which take about two hours and include a shape choice, a dry manicure and a color, to a one-hour Structured Gel Overlay that adds strength with a Japanese base gel. Gel fills include cuticle cleanup, color removal, evening out remaining product and building up with builder gel, usually taking over an hour and a quarter. A plain dry manicure is also available, with an optional buffed shine or a clear or tinted structured base.

Nail art is priced in four tiers by complexity, from single-color simple shapes and French designs up to hand-painted characters, logos and words. Embellishments that are not gel products are charged per product used. Repairs cost $5 each when added to a service or $15 as a standalone visit, and product removal starts at $15 with soak-off and file-off options. Removal does not guarantee every trace of product comes off; a thin layer may remain, usually at the free edge, and nails will not be damaged to remove it.

Press-on nails are made to order from design options or as a custom set, including for special events. Unused items may be returned within 30 days, with return shipping paid by the buyer and deducted from the refund. Used items, nail glue and nail stickers cannot be returned. Damaged items can be exchanged after photos of the issue are sent, and online orders ship by USPS within three to five business days. Durability of press-ons varies with application, nail care and body chemistry.
