The salon says it aims for healthy natural nails, quality work and genuine connections with clients. Services are tailored to each client's personal style and nail goals, and the owner prioritizes the health of natural nails even when a client wants extensions or designs.
The menu covers acrylic overlays without tips, acrylic fullsets, toe sets, refills, ombre, and fullsets with encapsulated designs and rhinestones. Gel options include gel overlays without tips and Gel-X extensions. Pedicures are offered in five tiers, from a children's pedicure up to The Royal Treatment, which is the most extensive. Our Luxury Manicure Spa, nail soak-off, polish changes, polish application on bare toes and nail fixes are also offered.
Deposits are required for many services: new clients booking Our Luxury Manicure Spa, The Mini Escape or The Sweet Escape pay $10, The Botanical Bliss, The Lava Lux and The Royal Treatment take $15, and 1-on-1 classes and bridal parties take $250. Deposits are non-refundable. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 72 hours, and clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late have their appointment canceled and must place a new deposit to rebook. Squeeze-in appointments are available for a $35 fee, subject to availability, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
The salon also offers 1-on-1 nail classes that include a nail kit, food for the day, a certificate of completion and mentorship after class. Bridal party packages include nail services and makeup application for the bride and her party. Gift cards are available.
