The menu runs from chemical services such as all-over color, partial and full highlights, and double process color for clients changing existing color, to curly and loc services. A Curly Kids Session for children ages 4 to 8 is priced by time rather than by age, and curly cuts are done wet and dry. Locs start with a dedicated startup service and can be maintained with re-twists, with or without styling. Silk presses come in several levels, from a basic press to a porcelain press with deep steam conditioning, up to an all-inclusive version that adds scalp exfoliation, cleansing and moisture shampoos, a customized treatment, and a cut or trim.

Booking is done through the salon's online scheduling system, which asks clients to create a username and password, and a credit card is required for all appointments. First-time color clients and loc startups need a consultation. First-time clients of textured styles send a selfie, which can be texted to 303-477-1712. Curly haircuts need the hair detangled with little or no product, or the visit may need rescheduling or an added fee. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals may shorten or shift the appointment so other clients stay on time. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash are accepted.

Care runs through the services, with steam conditioning, customized treatment plans, and attention to avoiding heat damage during silk presses.
