Beyond braids, the salon offers starter, invisible, butterfly, soft, distressed, boho and Bali locs, several twist styles including passion, micro and island, ponytails, sew-in and frontal lace weaves, wig installs, silk presses, wash and blow dry appointments, and hair color. A mobile service is also listed.

Appointment times are listed for each style, from 30 minutes for a wash and blow dry to around five and a half hours for the longer braid and twist styles, so larger installs are best planned as a full day. The salon is open 8 AM to 9 PM every day of the week.

Booking involves a few steps. Clients are asked to provide payment information when they book, a $100 deposit is required after booking, and clients should message the salon to confirm their appointment so it is not cancelled. Only the client receiving service may be inside the salon, so guests are not permitted.
