Haircare is the larger part of the menu. Services include semi-permanent and permanent coloring, a scalp treatment with an exfoliating step, silk presses for natural hair, locs from starter through re-twist and styling, cornrows, knotless and box braids, ponytails, crochets, wig installs, and sew-ins with regular, closure or frontal installation. Take-downs of braids, sew-ins, crochets and micro links are also offered. Prices are given as ranges that depend on the style chosen, and most sew-in services include shampoo and conditioning with the first two bundles installed; each extra bundle is charged separately. Hair is not included in the sew-in, ponytail or crochet prices.
Body sculpting is the other side of the business. A consultation is offered for $25, and a single one-hour session costs $125. Packages of three, five and ten one-hour sessions are priced at $350, $575 and $1,000. The consultation fee is a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the balance of the first treatment.
Appointments are booked with a deposit: $25 for styles priced at $100 or less and $50 for styles over $100. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid in full, and deposits can be paid by Zelle. Deposits are refunded only for illness or injury, and cancellations do not receive a refund. Appointment times are forfeited if the client is more than 15 minutes late, though special circumstances are considered.
