The New Client Experience is a two-hour, $200 appointment that the salon describes as suited to new clients or anyone ready for a full reset. It includes a consultation, a deep treatment, a scalp detox, a full cut, hydration, full styling, diffusing and some education. The Signature Experience, from $125 and about 90 minutes, begins with a dry cut shaped to the natural curl pattern, followed by a wet refine after cleansing and then styling and diffusing. The salon says this gives more definition, better movement and longer-lasting results.

The Curl Elongation Treatment is priced by hair length, starting at $260 for short hair, $300 for medium, $350 and up for long, and $400 and up for very thick or extra-long hair. It takes about 175 minutes and requires a $100 deposit. The salon describes it as permanently softening and loosening the natural curl pattern to reduce shrinkage while keeping a curly look, and notes that it is not a straightening or keratin treatment. A consultation for curl elongation is available from $30.

Color services cover root touch-ups, root and solid color, low lights, partial and full highlights, and toner. Partial highlights take about 195 minutes with a $75 deposit, and full highlights run 220 minutes or more. Other offerings include an express dry curl cut, which is done on clean, dry, detangled hair, bang trims cut dry, and a men's cut using a scissor-over-comb technique.

The stylist trained as an associate under Master Artistic Educator Chadwick Pendley, delivers Ouidad cutting and styling techniques, and works with one client at a time to understand each person's needs.
