A visit begins with a conversation. Stylists learn about the client's hair and lifestyle before cutting or coloring, and Chadwick handles cutting and styling while Igor handles color. Services are by appointment only and can be booked online at any time. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 4 PM, and can arrange services before or after those hours for an additional fee. Gift cards are available.

The space is about 3,000 square feet with 13 stations. According to the owners, the shampoo bowls have vitamin C purification nozzles. Prices shown are starting estimates and can rise depending on hair needs, and they are subject to change; the stylist decides final pricing. Clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Cancellations must be made by phone with the front desk at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise a 50% fee applies. Arriving 15 minutes or more late results in automatic cancellation with a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged the full scheduled service. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required for each appointment, services are non-refundable, and a 20% tip is added automatically when a service is complete. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and other guests wait in the lounge rather than joining clients in service areas.
