Stylists go through a 40-week training program divided into four levels. The first level covers product knowledge, front desk procedures, waxing, directional drying, color application, special occasion styles, and manicures and pedicures. The second level focuses on color theory, advanced color, highlights and lowlights, and color correction. The third covers texture, volume and straightening systems, and the fourth covers cutting techniques and the tools used for them, from shears and razors to clippers and combs.

The salon carries Redken, organized into five end-result collections (Straight, Shine, Volume, Texture and Curl) along with heat styling, hairsprays and a Style Connection line. It also stocks Pureology, which the brand says is made with integrity and without animal cruelty and uses recycled, recyclable packaging. Moroccanoil is sold here as a salon-exclusive argan oil line.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm, Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. It is closed Sundays and Mondays. Booking is done by phone.

Stylists are trained through a structured, four-level program that runs 40 weeks before they work on clients, and the salon's product choices are built around its Redken, Pureology and Moroccanoil lines.
