First-time guests can book a complimentary consultation at no charge. Consultations are also required before extensions and bridal work, and custom balayage pricing is set during an appointment consultation. The studio is open Tuesdays from 10:00am to 9:00pm, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Mondays and Wednesdays are by appointment only, and the studio is closed on Sundays.

Clients are asked to arrive five minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals are accommodated as far as possible. The studio encourages clients to book their next visit before leaving, asks them to disclose allergies or sensitivities, and requires 48 hours' notice to cancel a service.

Services range from quick blow dries and waxing to multi-step color, smoothing and extension work. Hair care products are sold in the studio and online, and online orders ship directly to the customer.
