The spa combines modern science with older holistic methods. It describes itself as designed by women for women, in a setting where clients can relax without feeling judged. Its botanicals and oils have a long history in traditional care, and the spa says they have age-defying properties.

Visits are booked online or by phone, and a credit card number is needed to hold the appointment; walk-ins are not accepted. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and are offered a complimentary cup of tea. Robes, slippers and disposable undergarments are provided for full-body services. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Gratuity is not included in prices and is welcome.

The signature offerings include the Royal Moroccan Scrub, a 90-minute hammam treatment, and the Firming and Shaping Body Wrap, which uses steam, exfoliation and a firming wrap for the buttocks and thighs. The Signature Massage blends several bodywork techniques and can be booked at 75 or 90 minutes. The Aroos Bridal Package and Spa Day Get Away both pair a customized facial with a hammam treatment in up to three hours. Gift cards can be bought online; gift certificates expire 12 months after issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
