Facials here are built around the client. Before a customized facial, the team asks about skin care habits, water intake and daily activities, then combines deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation and masks chosen for that client. Most customized facials run about 60 to 65 minutes, depending on whether extractions or a mask are included, and steam and extractions are used only when the skin calls for them.
