The facial menu includes an Anti-ACNE Facial (60 minutes) with deep-pore extractions, a 45-minute Vitamin-A retinol facial that uses a 4% retinol solution with a cooling gel mask and includes extractions as needed, and a 90-minute Signature Skin Firming Facial that uses noninvasive microcurrent, LED and microdermabrasion. The retinol facial involves no downtime.

Peels range from a modified Jessner's peel and Dermaquest treatments to The Perfect Derma Peel and a three-level VI Peel line priced from $295 to $350. The studio names VI Peel Precision Plus as its most popular treatment and Melissa's favorite. Some Dermaquest options involve no downtime, while the Dermaquest Vitamin A Retinol Booster causes slight shedding of skin.

Teens can book a one-hour acne facial for ages 12 and up, which can use hydrodermabrasion instead of manual extractions for those who are apprehensive about extractions. It is not suitable for Grade 4 acne. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a missed notice may result in the full treatment cost being charged. The studio says customer safety is its top priority and that its brand name products are original, sourced from the manufacturer, stored properly and not bought through third-party sellers.
