Treatments are shaped around each guest, and the choice of service is made through close conversation between the guest and staff. The spa has three private treatment rooms and three open treatment areas, with Japanese-style décor throughout. Guests change in private lockers and receive yukata cotton robes and towels, can use a Japanese hydrotherapy bathtub and showers, and have access to a vanity area stocked with skin and body products.
