The salon describes its raw hair extensions as the purest and most natural hair on the market. Microlink extensions suit clients whose hair is thin or fine. A $40 consultation, which is non-refundable, looks at hair texture and helps determine which service fits the client. Microlink weft installs cost $300 with hair not included and a $150 non-refundable deposit. Weft refreshes cost $150 with a $75 deposit and must be booked within six weeks of the initial install. Itip installs cost $850, include hair, and require a $250 non-refundable deposit. Itip refreshes with all-over tightening cost $150 with a $150 non-refundable deposit and must also be booked within six weeks of the install. Itip extensions are fastened with a small silicone bead and can last 10 to 12 weeks, depending on care and maintenance. According to the salon, microlink extensions are a healthy option when maintenance appointments are kept.

Other services include crochet braids ($100, about 2 hours, with a $25 wash add-on and pre-looped hair available for $50 extra), boho braids ($350, about 8 hours, Sundays and Mondays only), and braids with a wash add-on ($300, about 7 hours, Sunday through Wednesday, wash $25). Sew-ins are offered as a full sew-in with leave-out ($175), with closure ($200) or with frontal ($250), and a takedown sew-in that washes natural hair and extensions before resewing ($250). Silk presses are $125 for new clients or clients who have not booked in over three months and $85 without trim. The Chi Enviro Smoothing System is $250 and takes about 3 hours. Microlink extension with silk press is $250.

Custom glueless wigs are made to order through an order form, and length check t-shirts are $25.

Booking policies: all services are non-refundable, but a corrective service is offered free of charge when the provider has made a mistake. Clients have 48 hours after a service to raise a concern, and corrective services are not offered after five days. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a late cancellation carries a $25 fee charged at the next service. A no-show carries a $25 fee, and a second no-show on a rescheduled appointment requires full payment before future bookings. Clients more than 10 minutes late without notice pay a $15 late fee, and clients more than 20 minutes late lose the appointment and are rebooked. Hair extension purchases are not refundable, and defective merchandise should be reported promptly.
