The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Express on the Glo Facial to a 60-minute customized treatment. The express option includes a steam double cleanse, light exfoliation, a treatment mask and a hydrating moisturizer. The classic facial uses a hydrating double steam cleanse aimed at blackheads and congestion, then a 30-minute massage and mask. A back facial targets congestion on the back, and a facial designed for men refines pores, evens skin tone and soothes razor burn. The customized facial is adjusted to individual skin needs and can address concerns such as acne, aging or hydration.

Waxing is offered for women and men. Women's options include brows, chin, neck and upper lip, underarms, lower stomach, a butt strip, half and full legs, full face, and Brazilian waxing. Men can book ear, nose, eyebrow, underarm, full arm, chest and stomach, and full back waxing, as well as combinations such as ear and nose together.

Some services take a deposit from new clients: $15 for the express facial, full face wax and Brazilian wax, $20 for the customized facial, and $25 for the men's facial. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Customers can use Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, but they must be approved before the appointment.

Facial care is built around the individual skin, with a customized option alongside set facial menus.
