The spa's approach centers on building a custom menu of treatments around corrective skin care, and it considers educating clients on proper skin care part of its mission. Every treatment begins with a consultation and a professional skin analysis. Each facial is tailored at that visit, and the esthetician can adjust the service during the appointment if needed. At the end, the esthetician gives a treatment plan with a recommended frequency and suggestions for care.
The menu runs from facials and acne treatment to chemical peels, which range from mild to medium strength and include alpha hydroxy, beta hydroxy, retinoic, glycolic and lactic acid options. Most peels take less than an hour, and the spa recommends a series of three peels over three months. First-time guests are steered toward a New Client Facial or the Serving Faces Signature Facial before a peel. Advanced options include dermaplaning, HydraFacial, ProCell Microchanneling, and skin tag removal and DPN treatment.
Waxing for women and men is also a major part of the business, using hard wax. Services range from Brazilian and bikini waxes to facial, leg and underarm waxing, along with Manzilian waxing for men and back and chest waxing. Packages combine several services, including a BBL waxing package and Vajacial options. The spa is open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with Sunday hours by appointment only.
