Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash and typically take 1.5 to 2 hours. Hybrid mixes Classic and Volume lashes and typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Volume sets place fans of two to five handmade lashes on each natural lash and take about 2 to 2.5 hours, while Mega Volume uses fans of five to fifteen lashes per natural lash, suits lashes strong enough to carry the extra weight, and takes about 3 hours.

The lounge uses high-end synthetic silk and/or mink lashes. It does not use real mink and describes itself as animal cruelty free. The salon says it offers the highest quality enhancement products available, and it aims to enhance natural beauty while keeping natural lashes healthy and within their growth cycle.

Lashes can last two to four weeks with good aftercare, and a 60 or 90 minute touch up is suggested two to three weeks after a set. Touch up prices apply when fewer than 40% of lashes remain and may change over time. Oil-based makeup removers, moisturizers, eye creams, cleansers, lotions, SPFs and hair products are advised against around the lashes because they can shorten wear. Classic lashes are treated as a full set after four weeks, and Volume and Hybrid lashes are considered a new or full set after four weeks. Switching from Classic to Volume adds $15 to the next touch up.

Prices are based on work for existing clients, and costs may vary for lashes applied elsewhere. New clients with lashes from another provider are asked to book a quick consultation before their first appointment. Monday is by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday runs 9am to 6pm, Saturday runs 9am to 4pm, and Sunday is closed.
