New clients can book a free 15-minute consultation, and consultations are recommended before a first appointment. A patch test is required before service for anyone with a past allergic reaction or suspected allergy symptoms, and clients showing signs of illness, such as coughing, sneezing or fever, or with freshly applied permanent makeup in the eye or brow area, will not be serviced.

Extension options are a classic full set using a one-to-one technique, where 90 to 100 percent of natural lashes receive an extension; a hybrid set made of half classic and half volume extensions; and a volume set with handmade lashes placed as fans or bouquets of two to six extensions on one natural lash. Fills are done within 25 days of the last visit, with grown-out extensions removed and missing ones replaced. New clients book the New Client Fill rather than a standard fill, and clients coming from another salon can add an outside refill for corrective time. A set is treated as new if it is more than 25 days out or fewer than 40 percent of extensions remain. Lash lift options include a keratin lift with tint, a Korean-style lift with tint, and a keratin lift combined with keratin brow lamination. Brow lamination includes tweezer or razor clean-up, and extension removal uses a gel that loosens the adhesive.

Cancelling or rescheduling needs 36 hours' notice to avoid a $50 late cancel or reschedule fee. Deposits don't come back as refunds, but they can be put toward a service charge or a cancellation fee. First-time clients who cancel or reschedule without that notice may not be able to book future appointments. If the artist cancels or is 15 minutes or more late, clients receive a discount. Clients can arrive up to five minutes before their appointment time. Parking is available on the street and in a lot entered from Orange Avenue; lot spaces go to whoever arrives first.
