The facial menu runs from quick 30-minute treatments to 70-minute facials. The fina facials (Berryfina, Chocofina, Matchafina and Vanillafina) use a seaweed complex with a ten-minute facial massage. Other options include a seaweed mask with a C-Serum massage, a Beauty from the Sea facial built on a four-layer Repechage routine, and a Hydra Medic facial aimed at problem skin and breakouts. Anti-aging, brightening and back facials are also offered, and extractions, galvanic treatment, LED therapy and high frequency can be added to several of them. Body scrubs come in coffee, salt and sugar versions.

Cryo services include cryotherapy for pain and inflammation, sold in 15-minute sessions by treatment area, and several Cryolyft Pro treatments that combine radiofrequency, ultrasound, cooling and lymphatic drainage for facial skin tightening and fat reduction. The spa recommends a series of sessions for these. The halotherapy lounge offers salt-air sessions, red light therapy and a halotherapy massage, and a 3-in-1 infrared sauna with preset wellness programs and optional color lighting is also available.

Massage options range from short chair and stretch sessions to 2-hour bodywork. Intuitive Massage blends the methods each therapist is trained in, chosen for each session. Other offerings include Lypossage zone treatments, cupping, Himalayan salt stone massage, Yogic Bodywork/Thai massage, postnatal and period pain massage, and couples sessions, including a couples class where a licensed massage therapist teaches basic techniques for use at home. The Mustard Seed Signature Massage combines a deep tissue, Swedish or sports massage with a facial and foot treatment. Outcall massage and spa services are available at clients' homes, with a travel fee for areas more than 5 miles from the spa, and mobile massage and corporate event services are also offered. Annual and semi-annual memberships include 10% off all services.
