The salon says the skills of every team member are available to every guest, so a client can draw on the whole group. The salon hopes guests feel welcomed, accepted and heard, and that the stylists look out for one another. Phone bookings and guest care questions go to 202.803.2903, and guests can also text that number. The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to 8pm, Friday from 11am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Signature haircut and style visits include a consultation, a shampoo and conditioning, and styling, and prices depend on hair length and density rather than gender. Color consultations can be booked online, and color appointments require a 50% deposit. Payment is cashless, with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted, and gratuity can be added to the session charge.

Color work runs from root retouches and single-process color to base color with dimension and foil or balayage options at low, medium and high impact levels, with haircut combinations available. Customized hair sessions are priced by the hour and booked by phone. Add-on treatments, including Aveda and Oway options, can be added to a visit.
