Personal Color Analysis sessions can produce a seasonal palette and suggestions for makeup, hair color, clothing, accessories and jewelry. Booking works as follows. A 50% retainer reserves the event date and artists and is non-refundable, including if the event is canceled. The reservation is confirmed once the signed service agreement and retainer are received. The retainer can be paid by Zelle or Venmo. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the service, and final payment can be made by credit card, Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Credit card payments carry a 4% processing fee. Travel fees depend on distance, travel time, number of artists, and parking, tolls or accommodations, are calculated from the studio nearest the event, and are quoted before booking is confirmed. Parking, valet, tolls and venue charges are the client's responsibility unless the service agreement says otherwise. Inspiration photos are requested no later than 7 days before the appointment, and clients are asked to send a recent unfiltered selfie in natural light once the reservation is confirmed. Changes to services or schedule can be requested, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
