The menu spans several areas. On the hair side there are blowouts, silk press styling, K-Tips extensions with a separate consultation, braids and natural hair work, and clipper cuts and trims with a maintenance package and a new client offer. Wigs and hair systems include custom wig consultations, wig making, wig installation and cranial prostheses, also called medical wigs. Lash services cover classic, hybrid and volume sets, refills, and a combined lash and hair appointment. Loc care includes palm or comb retwists and wash-and-retwist sessions.

Wedding beauty is its own track, covering makeup, natural hair styling, What Lace wig styling and barber service. Each is listed at 180 dollars for a party of fewer than three, or 100 dollars per person for natural hair, What Lace and makeup, or 45 dollars per person for barber service, for parties of three or more.

The hair products are formulated plant based and vegan, without parabens, sulfates or silicone, and without sodium chloride as a thickener. Shampoos include herbal extracts such as chamomile, lavender, peppermint and rosemary. The bottles are recyclable amber glass without BPA. The business says over 95 percent of ingredients are biodegradable or photodegradable and that all its products are colour-safe. It recommends using each product within six months. New products take roughly six to twelve months from research to market, including formulation and testing. Products are not tested on animals and are sold online, with free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Products are made in-house with plant-based, vegan formulas that leave out parabens, sulfates and silicone, and they are not tested on animals.
