Muse has four salons. South Miami Beach is at 1600 Collins Avenue, Doral at 8550 NW 53rd Street Suite B103, Aventura at 20806 Biscayne Boulevard, and the Miami Gardens salon at 1668 NE Miami Gardens Drive on the ground floor in North Miami. Hours vary by location: South Miami Beach is open 9 am to 9 pm daily, Miami Gardens 9 am to 8 pm, Doral 9 am to 7 pm and Aventura 10 am to 7 pm. Services are not identical at every location. Barbershop services are offered at Doral and South Miami Beach, and eyebrow extensions and threading at both. The salon describes its team as skilled in current trends and techniques, and its services as world-class.

The salon offers gel nails with CND, GelBottle and Luxio systems. According to the salon, gel manicures last three to four weeks and gel pedicures last four to five weeks. Pedicures come with a soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, heel exfoliation and a massage, at no added charge. Metal implements and e-file bits are sterilized in multiple steps after each client, and files are single-use. For color and treatments, stylists work with products from L'Oreal Professionnel, Wella, Olaplex, Redken and Davines. Extensions are made from donor hair sourced from Europe and Slavic regions, fixed on with heat-fused keratin bonds or microbeads. The salon says a set can last three to four months before it is taken out and put back in.

Complimentary beverages are offered, including coffee, matcha, cold drinks, wine, still and sparkling water, and soda. Services can be booked online, including facials, haircuts, nail treatments and waxing. Payment is not required to book online, though a deposit may be requested for certain services or special appointments. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance, and clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early. The website is available in English, Russian and Spanish.

Stylists talk through preferences, face shape and hair type before recommending a style, and skin treatments begin with a specialist consultation to choose a treatment suited to the client's skin type.
