Booking details: the studio requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the bill at the end of the appointment. Guests are not allowed at appointments, and restrooms are available. Clients are asked to arrive with a bare face for facials and makeup, or freshly showered for waxing. Arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment, forfeits the deposit and requires rebooking. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, with one reschedule allowed before rebooking is needed. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the remaining balance, and same-day reschedules or squeeze-ins cost an extra $15. The studio says it will try to accommodate clients who are unhappy with a service. Hours are Monday 10 am to 7 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10:30 am to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 4 pm. It is closed Sundays.
