The lash menu covers classic lash extensions, wet/natural volume, and extra/mega volume sets, along with lash lifts. The brow service combines brow work with lash removal and a patch test. Lash appointments more than 5 weeks after the last set, or where less than 20% of the extensions have been retained, are charged as full sets.

A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance paid on the appointment day, and a credit card is required to hold the time. Cancellations or reschedules are requested with more than 24 hours' notice; shorter notice may lead to a 50% cancellation fee or loss of the deposit. Late arrivals are charged the full booked service, which is shortened to the time remaining.

Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, credit card, debit card, and cash. Cash payment takes $20 off lash full sets and $10 off lash refills and lash lifts. Lash extensions applied at another salon can be booked as a refill for up to 2 hours; removal may be recommended if the earlier work is harming natural lashes.

The studio also sells lash care and tray products online and for local pickup at 33 Fayette Street. Online orders ship within the U.S. and are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Regular-priced items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging, while sale items are final. No refunds are given once a service is completed, and concerns should be raised within 48 hours of the appointment.
