Lash extensions are applied by hand, with different lengths and curls mixed within each set to suit the client's natural lashes. The studio specializes in natural and wispy looks, customized sets, and specialty curls, and the business says it works with every lash texture and growth pattern. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks.

For brows, the studio offers precision mapping and shaping, along with waxing, tinting, and lamination options. Combined brow packages are available for clients who want more than one step done at the same visit.

Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit, and the rest is settled once the appointment is finished. Changes or cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours ahead; a shorter notice means the deposit is kept. If a guest turns up late, the appointment still runs for the time left on the booking. Once a service has been completed, the salon does not issue refunds, so any issue with the result should be brought up within three days. Before coming in, guests should have their lashes cleaned of mascara, eyeliner, strip-lash adhesive and heavy eye makeup, take out any contact lenses, and skip coffee that day. Paying in cash brings $20 off, though some services are excluded. Street parking is available nearby; the salon has no parking lot of its own.

The studio customizes each lash set using different diameters and specialty curls, matched to each client's natural lashes.
