Custom lightening runs from a mini refresh, offered to returning guests about 10 to 12 weeks after a custom lightening service, to partial and full custom color. Those services include toner or gloss, root melt where needed, deep conditioning and blow-dry style. Classic partial and full highlights are available for dimension, with maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks.

Extension work covers Ktip hairline fills, removals, shampoo and style, and natural or full density installs, where hair is not included. Tape-in install, maintenance and removal are offered, along with weft removal and rows. Consultations for color and extensions can be held in person or virtually on request. Keratin extension services can be added on, but permanent straightening must be booked as its own appointment. Extension care guidance covers brushing, the products to avoid, and not coloring extensions.

Reservations require a credit card on file, charged only for late cancellation, rescheduling or no-shows. Cancellations made 24 hours ahead are free. Changes inside 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, though rescheduling then gets 10 percent off the new appointment. Missed appointments without a call are charged the full service. Guests running late should notify the salon, since a service may not be fully provided after 15 minutes. Services and products are not refundable, extension sales are final, and clients unhappy with their hair can request adjustments within 7 days of the appointment.
