According to the practice, it has served the Charleston area for over four decades. It is privately owned and has no affiliation with any hospital.

Patients range from infants to seniors, and the practice handles medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology under one roof. Medical care covers skin checks, mole evaluation, acne and rosacea, eczema and psoriasis, rashes, hair and scalp concerns, nail disorders, molluscum and warts. Surgical care includes excision with repair, excision with microscopically controlled margins, mole and skin tag removal, and surgical earlobe repair.

Cosmetic work is done in a professional clinical setting, with a stated focus on results that look natural. Injectable options include Botox Cosmetic, Xeomin, Daxxify, Silhouette InstaLift, and fillers from the Juvederm and RHA collections. Laser options include CoolPeel, Motus AZ+ for hair removal, PicoSure, and VirtueRF.

The Advanced Clinical Spa offers medical facials, medical-grade peels, laser treatments, microneedling, and brow and lash services. A VIP Membership costs $199 per month on a six-month commitment and includes one complimentary facial each month, 15% off products, lasers and add-ons, and 10% off injectables. Treatment plans can be paid monthly through Cherry.

Patients can view records and pay bills through an online patient portal. Cosmetic treatments are paid for at the time of treatment, and anyone unhappy with a cosmetic result is asked to contact the practice directly. The cancellation policy covers scheduled appointments, and missed or late cancellations are a concern for the office.
