Visits begin with a consultation or a custom facial, which includes a skin analysis and a take-home treatment plan. Treatments can draw on cleansing, extraction, custom masks, LED light therapy and dermaplaning as needed. The Glo2Facial combines oxygen-bubble exfoliation, ultrasound to help active ingredients absorb, and a hands-free lymphatic massage. Aromatherapy is used during treatments, and the room is calm and low-key.

The menu runs from the Teen Facial, which is tailored to young, hormonal and sensitive skin, through the Back Facial, which includes a massage, to Signature and Platinum HydraFacial options and the Glo2Facial Bronze, Silver and Gold. Specific treatments such as the Acne HydraFacial, Oxygen Glow Facial and Firming Peptide Facial are also offered. Add-ons include Custom Jelly Mask, LED light therapy, dermaplane, microdermabrasion and skin consultation.

Appointments are booked online through a linked booking platform. Hours run Monday to Wednesday 9am to 7pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 12pm. Appointments outside these hours can be requested.

Treatments are customized to each client's needs and skin concerns, and the spa uses professional-grade skincare products.
