The styling menu includes blowouts, beach waves, flat-iron finishes, curls, half-up and half-down styles, and updos. The cut and color side covers haircuts for kids and men, dry cuts, root and full-color touch-ups, toner, gloss, face-framing highlights, partial and full highlights, balayage, and vegan permanent color. Smoothing options include the Brazilian Express, the Brazilian Blowout, a keratin treatment, and a vegan Brazilian Blowout. Permanent hair extensions are also offered. Prices run from $30 for a kids' haircut to $350 for the vegan Brazilian Blowout.

The salon sells its own product line, which it says is made with ingredients grown on family farms and is clean, sustainable and cruelty-free.

A free 15-minute consultation is available before booking. Appointments can be made in advance online or by phone, and last-minute bookings are taken when the schedule allows. A valid credit card may be required to secure a booking. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% service charge. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or moved, depending on availability. The salon accepts major credit and debit cards and cash, tipping is optional, and gift cards in amounts from $25 to $200 never expire.

The salon sponsors the American Red Cross. Blood donors receive a complimentary haircut, and donors can book a 25-minute appointment. The menu also includes a makeup service and a one-hour reiki healing session.
