About

The practice was opened in November 2020. It began in Henderson, Nevada, later moved to Englewood, Colorado, and now also has a New Jersey studio. The business describes itself as veteran-owned, and its founder, Ms Nicky, says she has more than 20 years of experience in fitness, movement and wellness.

The business treats the body as one connected system, bringing together lymphatics, bodywork and skin care. It focuses on long-term wellness and underlying causes rather than quick fixes. Sessions are by appointment only. Clients new to the infrared sauna complete a short health screening before their first visit, and no more than two Lymphomodelling zones can be booked on the same day.

Signature offerings include Divine Glow, a 90-minute Lymphomodelling face session combined with a full facial, and Brazilian Glow, a 75-minute lymphatic drainage and facial combination. Melanin Ritual is a 60-minute facial for Black and brown skin concerns such as hyperpigmentation, and Restore and Recover is a 60-minute barrier-repair facial for sensitive or post-surgical skin. Body Transformation Programs are a series of six customized sessions of about three hours each, with reassessment after the sixth.

Pre- and post-surgical lymphatic support is built around the surgical timeline. The Post-Op Lymphatic Recovery Package includes 10 or 15 drainage sessions, and one individual lymphatic massage is required before it starts. Prenatal and postnatal SMRT massages are offered, and the practice describes them as suitable for all trimesters with physician approval.

The practice works from the idea that the body functions as an integrated system, combining lymphatic work, bodywork and skin care with an emphasis on long-term wellness.
