Ms Nicky

Ms Nicky founded the business and works as a licensed massage therapist and advanced lymphatic specialist. Her background is in fitness, personal training, movement coaching and bodywork, and she has more than 20 years of experience across fitness, movement and wellness. She began her training in esthetics in 2020 and holds a New Jersey massage therapist license and a New Jersey esthetician license.

Her training is extensive and focused on lymphatic work. She trained directly with Manuela Shala, founder of Lymphomodelling, across six immersions including two in Milan, Italy, and she served as a class assistant for US-based Lymphomodelling trainings. She holds the Lymphomodelling Premium Therapist title, the first and only one in the United States. She holds Diamond Certified status in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage from Josie Rushing, and she trained in SMRT with its creator, Dawn Lewis, LMT. Other training includes burn scar massage with Jen Hartley, NCMT, Biofield Tuning with Eileen Day McKusick, and advanced lymphatic drainage certification from KLOSE Training Institute.

Her specialties are Lymphomodelling for the face, abdomen and legs, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and SMRT. She also holds sugaring and professional hard wax certifications and is trained in Dolce Glow spray tanning. She works as an international speaker on wellness, lymphatic health and bodywork education, and is developing educational courses for practitioners through Lymphatic Intelligence.
