Appointments happen either at the Alpharetta studio or at the client's own home, the latter arranged through the concierge service. That service reaches Cumming, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton and Alpharetta, along with greater Metro Atlanta. A concierge visit carries a $150 service fee, and treatments cost 15% more than they do at the studio. Travel fees may also apply for addresses beyond the standard service area. Private Tox Parties held at a host's home are priced separately as group bookings.

Consultations take 20 to 30 minutes, carry no obligation to treat, and can be held in person or virtually. Botox, dermal filler and advanced regenerative therapy are quoted at consultation based on anatomy and goals, and most other treatments are priced the same way. The exact cost is reviewed with the client before treatment begins. Clients can call, text or book online, and the business says someone usually replies the same day.

Concierge visits use single-use sterile supplies and clinical protocols. The practice uses FDA-approved and medical grade products, and notes that some aesthetic uses of approved products may be off-label.

The practice aims for natural-looking results through conservative dosing and placement guided by anatomy. It says it listens first and recommends only what suits the client's anatomy and goals, even when that means doing less.
