The menu is organized by type of service. Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Kybella and PDO threadlift. Brow and lip work covers nano brows, nano shading combinations, powder brows, lip blushing, lip brightening, permanent makeup and removal of eyebrow tattoos or microblading. The med spa menu runs from laser hair removal, IPL photofacials and skin tightening to cryotherapy, Endolift, spider vein removal, skin tag removal, teeth whitening, toenail fungus treatment and vaginal tightening. Skin care covers facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, RF microneedling, LED therapy, a PRP facial and a salmon DNA facial. Body services include body contouring and butt lift, and PRP hair restoration is the one hair service listed.

Clients can book a complimentary consultation with an aesthetic practitioner to talk through treatment options before committing. Appointments require a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable and applied to the service on the appointment date.

The salon also sells combined packages, such as a microneedling and hyaluronic acid series of three sessions, a Botox-infused salmon DNA facial, a PDO thread and microneedling combination, and a multi-step facelift package that includes a PDO thread lift, filler, Botox and carbon laser peels. A Cosmo Med Spa Beauty Club membership is also offered.

Some treatments come with typical session guidance from the salon. Laser hair removal is usually recommended as at least six sessions for women and eight for men, once a month for 12 to 18 months. IPL photofacials are usually three to five treatments about four weeks apart, and microdermabrasion is usually a course of four to six treatments every two to four weeks. Botox results appear right away and build to full effect within up to 14 days, typically lasting three to four months. For clients with sensitive skin, a topical anaesthetic can be applied 30 to 60 minutes before Botox.
