Most braiding styles are priced by braid size and length. Knotless braids run from $165 for shoulder length jumbo up to $505 for past butt extra small. Boho knotless, Miracle knotless and regular box braids follow the same size and length scale, from $165 up to $555. Senegalese twists start at $185 for shoulder length large and reach $605 for past butt extra small. Kids' cornrows and single braids have their own pricing, and children ages 8 to 12 may receive a discount of $10 to $40 on medium, small and small-medium box braids, twists and knotless styles, for average-length hair only.

Three packs of braiding hair come with a service, and each extra pack costs $10. Boho knotless braids are done in Kanekalon braiding hair supplied by the salon, and mixing colors adds $20. Medium, large and jumbo shoulder length boho and Miracle knotless braids include half human hair, and 100% human hair and human hair blend braiding hair can be bought in the salon.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking page. A $50 deposit secures a booking and goes toward the total, and a separate $5 booking fee is non-refundable and not applied to the hair payment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Arrivals get a 10 to 15 minute grace period, a $15 late fee applies from 25 minutes to an hour late, and a longer delay loses the deposit and requires rescheduling. Payment is accepted in cash only, and tips are appreciated but not required.

Hair should arrive clean, fully detangled, stretched and blow-dried straight, or straightening is charged as an extra service unless a wash or prep add-on is booked. The style should be decided before the appointment. Touch-ups are best booked within two weeks of the original style. No refunds are offered once a service is complete, so issues should be reported within 48 hours. Children are welcome if they are cooperative and can sit through the service.
