On the hair side, the suites offer styling, color, protective styles, knotless braids, locs, crochet and natural hair care. Braiding and wig work stand out: custom wigs are hand-built in the suites from raw single-donor hair, with HD lace, transparent lace or U-part cap options. Hair orders can be picked up at the Joliet location or shipped.

The skin offerings include customized facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and chemical peels, plus treatments for acne and anti-aging concerns, LED light therapy and oxygen infusion. Suite 03 is home to Vici Skin Spa, which is staffed by a licensed esthetician. Brow tinting, eyelash services and waxing are also available.

Suite renters pay their weekly booth rent online through a renter portal. The owner personally approves every renter before they receive portal access.
