The studio is reserved for the person receiving services during their visit, and appointments are meant for that client alone. Hours are Tuesday 1 to 6:30 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday and Friday 1:30 to 7:30 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM, with Mondays and Sundays closed. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged 50% of the appointment total. New clients are asked for a $15 deposit on many services, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.

The menu covers color from glosses and root retouches through all-over color, bleach and toner, maintenance color, full transformations and color correction. Haircuts range from bang and neck trims to short clipper cuts, maintenance cuts and transformation cuts. Extension services include tape, sew-in and L-Tip methods, which the salon says are its certified methods, along with removal and move-ups for existing clients.

A free 20-minute consultation is offered to talk through hair goals before booking, and new extension clients need a free 20-minute extension consultation first. Clients who prefer a less talkative visit can add a Quiet Appointment at no cost.
