Extension sets come in three styles. Classic sets add one extension to each natural lash for curl and length. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions for a fuller finish than classic. Volume sets place two to seven finer extensions on each isolated natural lash. Full sets run from $215 for the Signature Classic, $255 for Hybrid and $275 for Volume, and take between two and two and a half hours. The Signature Classic time includes a 15-minute consultation. Refills are booked at two or three weeks. A refill needs at least half of the extensions still in place; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Mini sets are available to clients who are within seven days of a prior service.
Clients coming from another lash studio book a transfer service, and a consultation decides whether the studio can work over the existing extensions. A patch test checks for reactions to adhesives, tapes and eyepads. Lash removal is done for clients getting a new set, starting at $60 and varying with lash condition. Lash tint and lash lamination with tint are also offered, along with brow waxing, brow tinting and a combined brow wax and tint. Clients are asked to avoid exercise, steam, saunas, sweating, crying and eye makeup for at least 24 hours after an appointment, and to wait seven days after Botox before booking.
Regular hours are Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. After-hours times are for clients who cannot come during those hours; they are requested by text, call or email and carry an added $40 fee. Booking requires a $50 non-refundable fee. Deposits range from $10 for brow services to $55 for most lash services and can be applied to one reschedule made online through the booking site. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours, and same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged in full. Refunds are not issued for services, and clients who are not satisfied within 48 hours can book a complimentary 30-minute refill for adjustments. Children and animals are not permitted during services.
The studio also offers a three-day, one-on-one lash extension training course with course materials, models and guides, priced at $1,200 with a $950 deposit and booked directly with the studio. Trainees must hold an esthetic, cosmetology or nail license. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
Each set is planned around the client's facial features, eye shape and daily routine, using lightweight, customized extensions and a method meant to keep natural lashes healthy, with home aftercare guidance.
