The menu is built around protective and natural styles: traditional, knotless and no-design box braids, cornrows with or without a design, two strand twists, full-head illusion or regular crochet installs, starter locs, loc retwists and loc repair, plus wash-and-go curl definition, natural up-dos, silk press, hard press and rod sets, and full-head color. Children are welcome too, with kids cornrows, kids two strand twists and a natural hair style service for ages 8 to 12.

Many services begin with a consultation, a 15-minute in-person visit with no same-day service that stays valid for 30 days. A standard hair consultation covers a scalp and hair analysis, a history review, service recommendations and a salon and home care plan with before and after photos. Specialized consultations address crochet styles, starter locs, loc repair for thinning, loose or detached locs, and hair color, which requires 48-hour patch and strand tests. Consultations are required before full-head color, full-head crochet, starter locs, loc repair, loc retwist with ombre color and the STS smoothing treatment.

The stylist shampoos every client, and blow-dry is included unless a service says otherwise. Hair extensions are included for box braids, feed-in cornrows and loc repairs, while crochet hair can be supplied on request at consultation for an additional cost. Accessories such as beads, string and cuffs are available on request at booking, though formal occasion accessories are not provided.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Appointments are booked online with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the starting price plus tax, applied to the service total. Clients can book up to two weeks ahead and may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice by text. Services cannot be changed after booking, so all add-ons are chosen at booking. Late arrivals are handled by service length: services of an hour or less are cancelled at the scheduled time if the client is not in the chair, while longer services allow a 10-minute grace period if the salon is told beforehand. Payment is by card or cash, sales tax applies, and listed prices are starting prices. The salon uses its own products and tools, and free parking is available in the lot. An emergency last-minute request option is offered Tuesday through Saturday with a separate non-refundable $55 fee.
